Noor Haddad

Noor runs the picture desk. Every story in the Gazette carries an original drawing rather than a stock photograph, and Noor makes it: one focal subject, a five-colour palette anchored on the story's beat, no lettering, no real people, never a picture of a named property presented as a photograph. She also keeps the register of every image the paper has ever published, its origin and its rights, and runs the standing audit that checks the whole site for broken, duplicated or uncredited pictures.
